Are these items delivered to one character or every character on my account?

Most benefits from supporter packs are available to every character on your account permanently! Sometimes there will be benefits such as additional Character Storage that are only applied to a single character. 

Can I purchase a Supporter Pack again?

A Supporter Pack can only be purchased once per Account. You can purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack in the future, but cannot purchase a lower-tier Supporter Pack once you purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack because you will already own everything it includes.

Can I Upgrade to a higher-tier Supporter Pack?

No, it is not possible to purchase an upgrade to a Supporter Pack.

How are mounts and creature companions delivered?

Mounts and Creature Companions are not provided through a Mount or Creature Companion Certificate. Instead, the Mount and Creature Companion Certificate is automatically applied to your Mount or Creature Companion Stable upon log in to a game world.

I have lost one of my cosmetic items. Can I get it again?

Yes! Speak to the NPC associated with a specific offer to re-acquire any cosmetics you wish. In the case of the Underdark Coffers, you can speak with Zeanna, located on the first floor of the Eberron Hall of Heroes.
