With no ranks into Disable Device or search (skill tomes spent in both), but with gear swapping, I can get 104 Disable Device, 112 Search, spot is only 59, but I know where all the current traps are at. Swapping another piece of gear I can get my open lock to 86.

Have you considered a Topaz of Swiftness in lieu of taking Blinding Speed at 27? I think you lose 1% dodge, reflex saves, attack and 2% movement, but you gain a feat. I moved off blinding speed on my ranged toons when that came into existence, and it opened up some other options. Just a thought.
