At the time of this post, this was my most current build. What you have below is a trapper/paralyzer semi-AA with good avoidance, DCs, and burst damage potential. Stealth at all times when out of combat, so you have Shadow Veil and Ten Thousand Stars ready as needed.
Path of Harmonious Balance is taken so I can do Light Monk finishers in a pinch when it's safe to get a couple of shots in with wraps.
I picked Spell Focus: Enchantment over Past Life: Wizard or Bard solely to open up a DC boosting Twist from Magister. Go Shiradi in Epics for crowd control (Nerve Venom is OP), or Fury for max DPS.
The first iteration of this build was done on a Warforged and did surprisingly well. If you're doing it, you may want to wait til you have 4 AP so you can take all tiers of Healer's Friend. The build below is the current Dwarf version.

The build can work with any race as a result of the Ranger levels and the AP spread. If you're attempting a Dragonborn or Bladeforged version, a +7 DEX tome makes it a LOT easier to fit everything in and still reach the 21 DEX required for Combat Archery. Otherwise, 16 DEX (for feats) and 14 INT (12 INT for a Human/PDK, to fit in all the needed skills) are really the only hard starting numbers.
Reaper points are spent in the Grim Barricade and Dire Thaumaturge trees, with anything extra in the Dread Adversary tree for a little bit of extra Ranged Power in lower levels. Ignore Spell Penetration in the Thaumaturge tree, but get Wisdom, Spell DCs, and Spellpower from there. Go for PRR, Reflex Saves, Constitution, and Dodge in Barricade.

Silver Longbow, and later, Unwavering Ardency are there for boss DPS and groups of unvorpalable mobs.
Bow of Sinew for boss DPS if you need to break an alignment DR at the same time as a metal DR (you do not get Aligned Arrows with this split.)
Triple Positive Holy/Good Burst/Good Blast for clearing out undead trash.
Barovian's Longbow for undead boss DPS.
