Which combo would be best for quest/trash mobs?

Which combo for boss mobs?

Which one(s) should I make sentient?

Which one should I use off hand?

2 of these kukris have sealed in fire upgrades available. Which ones should I craft on which Kukri?

Should I consider any other Kurkis?
