Play this one like a caster - you'll never be physically attacking because there's mobs to charm to do that for you, and you can scream at anything that can't be charmed. You can do a surprisingly high amount of damage with your shouts, and even heal with the large SP pool of a Spellsinger. You can also pick up an absurdly high DC for your crowd control even in Heroics.
If you're running in a group, just do what they can't, whether that's crowd control, spell DPS, or healing. You can round out a group pretty well - however, you are also surprisingly solo-capable as well, even in lower-skull Reaper.
There are no Epic feats or destiny choices for this build because it was made for a quick 1-20 life.
