This is Captcaveman and MadamKaboom's Fire Sorc build.
This is build is great for Night revels and little else. It does not have great DC's or Spell Penetration. It does have a lot of Fire spell power and I use almost nothing except Fireball, Delayed blast fireball and Meteor swarm.
