We are currently working toward a Thursday morning Eastern time downtime to implement some adjustments to the game environment that will allow us to open transfers and new worlds. We will have a formal downtime notice once we are ready, but we are currently looking at something like a 9:00 AM -1:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) downtime and a 2:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) opening of transfers and the new worlds. We will keep you updated.

One of the changes we are making requires a change in our transfer process and guidance, which is that when transfers and worlds are available, characters will not be able to Pack until they have removed items from their Reincarnation Cache. We will have more information on specific timing of the opening of our new worlds as soon as we can. Thank you!"
