The key piece is having the greater balance of levels in the class you are trying to get.  I like to do 6 rogue, 6 artificer, and then 8 of the Iconic class/race I do not want to play.  Remember with Iconics the class at level one is chosen for you.  Also be aware that alignment matters with certain classes.

The 2 classes you use for for the 6 & 6 is up to your preferred play style.

I use rogue and artificer as a ranged trapper base.  I have a lot of gear built up over years of playing so this becomes an easy build for me.  You might have to adjust some thins based on your equipment or preferred play style.  I have lots of rune arms and enjoy using them for very simple things like breaking crates and barrels.  Also good for added ghost touch to your attacks.  I also have several nice crossbows and enjoy the Inquisitive play style.

The new Ranger "Dark Hunter" has trap skills so I have subbed in Dark hunter instead of rogue for some lives.  Dark Hunter can also be a good choice if you want to use bows.  Rogue/fighter is also a very powerful combo.

Intelligence is my main stat.  This build post does not include gear.  I also did not include spells, but I always choose summon bolts as an Artificer.  Mostly for the conveince.  Other spells do not really matter as this build is meant to be played as a ranged trapper.  Just choose which ever spells you think are most useful for you.  It can be used as a guide for other Iconics.

The key piece is having the greater balance of levels in the class you are trying to get.  I like to do 6 rogue, 6 artificer, and then 8 of the class I do not want to play.

The 2 classes you use for for the 6 & 6 is up to your preferred play style.

I use rogue and artificer as a ranged trapper base.  I have a lot of gear built up over years of playing so this becomes an easy build for me.  You might have to adjust some thins based on your equipment or preferred play style.  I have lots of rune arms and enjoy using them for very simple things like breaking crates and barrels.  Also good for added ghost touch to your attacks.  I also have several nice crossbows and enjoy the Inquisitive play style.

The new Ranger "Dark Hunter" has trap skills so I have subbed in Dark hunter instead of rogue for some lives.  Dark Hunter can also be a good choice if you want to use bows.  Rogue/fighter is also a very powerful combo.

Intelligence is my main stat.  This build post does not include gear.  I also did not include spells, but I always choose summon bolts as an Artificer.  Mostly for the conveince.  Other spells do not really matter as this build is meant to be played as a ranged trapper.  Just choose which ever spells you think are most useful for you.  This can be used as a guide for other classes then warlock.
